Author Guidelines
Review Policy
All papers submitted for publication in conference proceedings undergo a double-blind peer review process (neither the reviewers nor the authors know their identity). The review serves to keep the quality of the conference.
Authors upload a non-anonymized version of their paper to the editorial system, in which the peer-review process takes place.
The editorial team anonymizes the manuscript before forwarding it to the reviewers.
Upon completion of the review process, authors are informed of the results via the editorial system.
Authors make any necessary revisions as directed by the reviewers and the editorial team.
Reviewers are selected based on expertise and experience.
Reviewers must maintain confidentiality of the content of the papers and may not use the information obtained for other purposes.
Reviewers provide objective and constructive feedback.
Editors and organizers are responsible for the proper conduct of the review process and coordinate communication between reviewers and authors through the editorial system.
This policy ensures transparency and fairness of the review process.
Due to publication deadlines, the review process of the ECGIC 2026 is bound to a very strict timeline. Both authors and reviewers are kindly asked to respect the set deadlines.
Further information for authors

the formal requirements have not been complied with
The author must not modify, distort or otherwise change the research data in the paper so as to materially affect the conclusions drawn from the research results.
The author of the paper is required to include only valid and true affiliations of all co-authors of the paper (name, institution, contacts). In case of a serious misconduct resulting from a violation of the ethical principles of the ECGIC 2026, the published paper will be withdrawn.
